Kirk Beard
Pastor
Pastor Kirk Beard III was born into a wonderful, Godly home and was led to the Lord at a young age by his father. His parents, Mr. and Mrs. Kirk Beard ll, have always been soul winners and active in their own church, teaching their son and his two sisters to love serving the Lord and the things of God.
Pastor Kirk Beard married his wife, April, on May 31, 1997. They have three children: Kirk IV, Katelyn, and Ben.
Three months after graduation, Pastor and Mrs. Beard moved to Hemet, California. After knocking on doors for three months, the first service of Parkway Baptist Church was held in September 1998 with 57 in attendance. Parkway Baptist Church saw high days of nearly 700 in attendance.
Pastor Beard has led in the starting of Sunday school classes, soul winning and visitation ministries, choirs and music programs, and the bus ministry.
In January of 2017, Parkway Baptist Church merged with Living Hope Baptist Church. The two church congregations voted for a name change. Pastor Beard now pastors the newly named Crossroads Baptist Church.
Pastor Kirk Beard is thankful for the opportunity he has to preach in pulpits across America in camps, revivals, Bible colleges and family conferences.
Fernando Aguirre
Spanish Pastor
Fernando Aguirre is Spanish Pastor of Iglesia Bautista Crossroads. Fernando was saved on July 24, 1993 at Iglesia Biblica Fundamental Hispana in South Gate, Los Angeles. He was a member of Iglesia Biblica Fundamental Hispana from 1993 to 2000.
Fernando graduated with a Bachelor in Pastoral Theology from Fundamental Biblical Seminary of Montebello in 2004.
Fernando started the Spanish ministry at Crossroads Baptist Church in April of 2014. Since then, they have had a high day of nearly 100 in attendance. They average 50 on any given Sunday. This active congregation has many activities and meals each month.
Fernando is happily married to his wife, Isabel, who serves with him in the Spanish ministry of Crossroads Baptist Church.
